Subscription Policy:

The subscription package is activated immediately upon payment confirmation through a phone call from the customer service department to the client.

An email will be sent to the customer specifying the value of the contracted package once the payment process is completed.

Refund and Return Policy:

The subscription fee will be refunded after deducting the expenses related to the refund process upon informing customer service of the desire to cancel the subscription, but only if it's within two business days of starting the subscription.

The customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the subscription fee after deducting the refund expenses if two days have passed since the start of the subscription.

Subscribers cannot request a refund after five days from the start of the subscription.

Subscription fees will be returned to the customer's account using the same payment method and will not be refunded in cash.

How to Request a Refund? :

By contacting the site administration - Contact Us page - and submitting a request for a refund within the framework of the policies outlined above. Your request will be responded to within two business days, excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday). If the request is accepted, the site administration will refund the fees in accordance with the refund policy terms within 30 business days. The Gogenix website reserves the sole right to evaluate refund requests in accordance with the policies outlined above.
